At CENDRÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original CENDRÉ jewelry box and protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
